8th December 2008 - EXHIBITION TUESDAY, 16TH DECEMBER 2008
Hillreed and Ward Homes would like to invite you to attend an exhibition of material from the recent Planning Resubmission for the Aylesham Village Expansion.
This will take place at the Aylesham & District Community Workshop Trust in Ackholt Road, Aylesham at 3.30pm to 8.30pm on the 16th December 2008.
Representatives from the Developers and Dover District Council will be in attendance to answer your questions.
Exhibition material will be on display at the workshop from Monday 8th December 2008 and a copy of the application is available for Inspection at the White House Aylesham and the DDC Offices.
6th October 2008 – Hillreed and Ward Homes are pleased to advise that the revisions to the existing planning application have now been submitted to Dover District Council.
The application is for: "An outline application for residential development of up to 1210 dwellings, associated infrastructure and works, and a full application for residential development for 191 no. dwellings of which 20% will be affordable, and all associated works and infrastructure, together with new shops and apartments, alterations to shops and apartments, refurbishment of and new public open spaces, including Market Square, street furniture, landscaping, temporary works access, compounds and off-site highway improvements".
